Privacy Policy

The short version

Your photo never leaves your browser. It is not uploaded, not stored, and not transmitted anywhere — not to us, not to anyone else. The analysis runs entirely on your own device.

The only thing that can reach us is a short list of numbers, and only if you tick the box asking for it. Everything below is the detailed version of those two sentences.

What happens to your photo

When you choose a photo, your browser loads it locally and runs the facial landmark detection on your device. The measurements — proportions, symmetry, eye area, jawline — are computed there too. None of this needs a server, so none of it touches one.

We do not have a copy of your photo. We could not produce one if asked.

What we collect

If you do not tick the calibration checkbox: nothing. No account, no photo, no measurements. The page works without sending us anything at all.

If you tick it, we receive exactly these numbers from that one analysis:

• The four dimension scores (harmony, symmetry, eye area, jawline) and the combined structure score
• The photo-quality measurements the gate produced (face size, sharpness, exposure, pose score, framing)
• The three head-pose angles (yaw, pitch, roll)
• A version label identifying which scoring formula produced them

That is the complete list. No image, no facial landmark coordinates, no name, no email, no device identifier, and no account — because there are no accounts.

These numbers exist for one purpose: calibrating the scoring scale against real photographs rather than the small sample it was built on. They are not sold, not shared, and not used for advertising.

What we do not do

• We do not store or transmit your photo.
• We do not build a face template, faceprint, or other biometric identifier, and we do not attempt to identify anyone.
• We do not require or offer accounts during the trial.
• We do not process payments.
• We do not run advertising or share data with advertisers.

Analytics

The trial ships with no analytics configured. If we enable a privacy-focused analytics tool later, this page will name it before it goes live.

Your light/dark theme preference is stored by your browser and stays on your device.

Hosting and storage

The site is hosted on Vercel, which — like any web host — processes standard request data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages. The calibration numbers, when you choose to send them, are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase. Your photo is sent to neither.

Your choices

Because we collect nothing tied to you, there is no account to delete and no profile to export. If you contributed calibration numbers and want them removed, contact us — but be aware the submissions carry no identifier, so we would need you to tell us roughly when you submitted, and even then we may not be able to isolate yours.

The honest framing: the reason we cannot easily delete your contribution is the same reason it poses little risk to you — it was never linked to you.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Material changes to what leaves your device will be stated plainly.
