Privacy Policy

The short version

The free scan reads and scores your photo in your browser. If you choose to create a paid report, we upload your photo and measurements to prepare your report and checkout. After payment, our AI providers process them to generate the report and styling previews.

What we receive

• Measurement numbers (scores and photo-quality readings, never the image), when the calibration box on the results page is checked. We store these. Uncheck the box and we delete that record.
• Failure reports, when a photo can't be analyzed: the reason and the photo-quality readings, with nothing that identifies you. These are sent whether or not the calibration box is checked.
• Your score, if you share a link. The link carries only the score, and our server reads it to show it to whoever opens the link. We don't save it to our database.
• Your score history, if you're signed in. Each result you get while signed in is saved to your account so you can compare it with later ones on your profile page: the score range, the tier and the four dimension scores, never the photo. This is separate from the calibration box, so unchecking that box doesn't remove it. Email us and we'll delete it.
• Your email, if you create an account, join a waitlist or buy a report. If you sign in through a provider such as Google, it also shares your name and profile picture. We use these for your account, purchase, support, or to tell you when a feature you asked for is ready.
• Report photos and content, when you start the paid-report flow. After you confirm that you are 18 or older, that this is your own face, and that you consent to the described processing, we upload your photo and measurements. We store the photo in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and your measurements and report content in Supabase. After payment, we send the photo and report inputs to fal and its model providers to generate the report and styling images. We record the consent version and time. You can buy as a guest and bind the report to an account later. A necessary first-party cookie maintains guest access in this browser for up to 30 days. Save the report to an account for access on other devices; if you lose guest access, contact us with your payment receipt. We keep uploaded photos and generated images until you delete an accessible report or ask us to remove them. If you leave checkout without paying, email us to remove the uploaded draft photo. Deleting a report removes access to it and deletes its image files. Its text and measurement records remain in our database; email us to request their removal. Payment and refund records are handled separately.
• Payment and refund details. Stripe processes payments. We store order details, payment status and any refund request, including the reason and optional note you submit. We use these to deliver the report, review refunds and maintain transaction records.
• Anonymous usage statistics, through analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which keep them on their own servers. These use cookies. Nothing is recorded from your screen.

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. The site is hosted on Vercel; measurement numbers, failure reports, score history, and account and waitlist details are stored with Supabase. Paid-report data is handled by the providers listed above.

Children and changes

The service is not directed at children under 13. If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Paid reports require you to confirm that you are 18 or older before upload and checkout.
